Kolsche Art - Köln

This is a small restaurant with a relatiw small menu. If you like typical German eating like snizel, are sausages etc. well, but there is not much more on the menu. the place is cozy and has a beautiful atmoshphere.

Recently visited with a local friend and it was a great experience. the courtyard is a beautiful intimate environment on a sunny evening. our waiter was very friendly and accommodating, despite our lack of German. he proposed a delicious elderflower cocktail, the...delight my friends ate a pasta and an salad that she reported as delicious, but my rubbing cakes (kartoffels), with smoked salmon apple sauce was an absolute highlight! and the addition of meerrettich was brilliant. very enjoyed this meal and atmosphere.

Eine schöne Lokalität und eine sehr freundliche Bedienung. Nur blöde Sprüche vom Wirt braucht man nicht!

Wir waren zu zweit, reservieren ist angesagt, zur Stoßzeit abends um 7 ist der Laden auch unter der Woche rappelvoll. Leckere Auswahl an Speisen, bunte Mischung aus typisch Kölner Gerichten und Klassikern. Reissdorf im Ausschank. Ich hatte einen Salat als Vorspeise, danach das legendäre Schnitzel (was 2 große Schnitzel vom Schwein waren, exzellent paniert), das war mein Fehler, mein Tipp: bei Schnitzelwunsch kann man getrost auf Vorspeisen verzichten, sonst schafft man letzteres kaum. Das Publikum ist gemischt aber der Umgebung Braunsfeld angepasst. Der Service meist flink, nur das stille Örtchen bräuchte mehr Sauberkeit. Hier geh ich bestimmt wieder hin, auch wenn es nur wegen des Schnitzels ist...

An einem sehr warmen Juni - sonntagabend hier mit Freunden gegessen.Bedienung war flott, schlagfertig und freundlich. Service war promt.Bestellte Essen waren alle lecker, das Schnitzel ist hier am belibtesten und gut und reichlich. Es waren alle Türen und Fenster auf und draussen wurde auch gerne gesessen.
