The second day in Cologne I had a lunch there, just because I thought it was practical. Well, it didn 't impress me at all. Neither the food not the place. Yes, I sat outside, lovely on the square, but I was just not impressed by anything. Worse; there came the man with the funny hat and funny waistcoat (Germans sometimes have to be funny without reason) and he looked completely out of place here. So no, it 's not a place I would go back to. It really didn 't make any impression on me and from staff one person was very nice (a young lady), but a tall lad was lacking enthusiasm.

The only thing I would complain about was the fact that some freshly cooked cakes and pies were just out of the oven. The staff would serve it up as they said the sweets needed to cool down. Fair enough.
