First of all, the restaurant staff were incompetent and unable to perform their duties properly. It seemed as if they had no knowledge of their work and were unable to handle simple requests or orders. Their incompetence led to a number of problems, which I will explain below. When I ordered the carpaccio, I had certain expectations regarding its taste, as I have enjoyed this dish many times in other restaurants. Unfortunately, the carpaccio I was served was a complete disappointment. It didn't even come close to having the typical flavor of carpaccio and simply didn't taste good. It seemed as if the chefs had no idea how to prepare a proper carpaccio. ... Another problem was the order itself. Although it was taken, a full 1.5 hours passed, and the food still hadn't arrived. I understand that delays can occur during peak hours, but a 1.5 hour wait is unacceptable. No one from the staff came to inform us about the delay or reassure us. It was extremely frustrating to have to wait so long for our food, especially when we were hungry. Overall, this experience was extremely disappointing. I waited 1.5 hours and left the restaurant hungry. The incompetent staff, the poor tasting carpaccio, and the long wait all contributed to my inability to recommend this restaurant. I hope that management addresses these issues and takes measures to ensure that such incidents are avoided in the future.
