The service is horribly slow, the quality is just average and the prices too high for what you get. This is the second time that I eat here and certainly the last.

You have rooms available, and you're making me wait in the lobby. This is a bit cruel and doesn't suit your hospitality at all... In a civilized country, I don't think this is acceptable, and you're making me wait in the lobby even though your room is available. I'm very upset to encounter this kind of treatment in a 4-star hotel. I travel the world, and this is the first time I've encountered something like this. Hayatımda ilk defa misafirperver olmayan ve yardımcı olmayan bir otel ile karşılaştım… oda müsaitliği olduğu halde beni brkletiyor çok yorgun olduğumu bildiği halde ve loby de bekliyorum saatlerdir neymiş saat 15.09 daymış checking ve diyorki istiyorsan şimdi odayı 40 eouro ver geç odaya diyor… yok böyle bir soygunluk…. Bu nasıl bir otelcilik…
