Their customer service is quite bad. I placed a take-away order and they unfortunately forgot some items. I called them right when I got home and was told to write an email and that I will get a refund for whatever was missing. I did that and even though the auto-reply promised 48h reply time, I still haven’t heard from them over 3 weeks later. In the mean time I called them and was assured I will get the refund but...
