Tivoli Brasserie - Koebenhavn

This is a moderately high quality hotel with an excellent restaurant. The rooms are moderately spacious, clean, and well organized with a min-bar, water cooker, complimentary powdered coffee and tea, desk for work, comfortable chair for sitting, TV, and a decent sized bathroom. The hotel has an exercise room and a nice pool that has one section sufficiently long for doing laps. The service at the front desk and concierge is friendly and efficient. There are umbrellas to borrow if it rains and bicycles to rent to tour Copenhagen. The hotel is located about a 15 minute walk from the center of Copenhagen. The restaurant has excellent food. The breakfast has a nice variety of high quality foods including pancakes, pastries, hot dishes, salads, and a limited fruit bar. Dinner is even better with some fancy presentations and excellent food plus a decent international wine list.

O hotel é muito bom, mas para crianças é exceptional. Além de um playground cheio de atividades que ficam abertas o dia inteiro, o hotel tem um espaço de café da manhã voltado para os petnos. Or atendimento é otimo e os quartos são bons.

Completely through a super nice experience from reception to departure. Completely lavish morning Mads is experienced at 11. Etage. Great food and service. Special was the omel of tip class

The hotel is located in an area without bars and restaurants but not far from the station and gardens Tivoli. The structure is very large well maintained. The rooms not very spacious we were in 3). Great breakfast.

My sister and I visited the Tivoli hotel brasserie, there was not one vegan meal on the menu but the chef kindly made something especially, which was fabulous. The Rioja was amazing too. The experience was spoilt however as the service was shockingly bad. The place was virtually empty yet it took ten minutes to lay a table. In that time no one offered us a wine list or menu. Once we started eating, no one checked we were ok and were enjoying the food. When we wanted another drink I had to leave my meal to go to the bar and request one. At the end they they tried to charge 55 Krone for tap water. Then tried to over charge the bill by 200 krone in the hope we didn’t realise. The waiting staff were just waiting to go home. Will not return.
