Great food experience If you want to experience a little New Yorker mood in small Denmark, Sukaiba is definitely a good bid. Since the restaurant is on the 23th floor, namely on the top of Bella cloud. There is a view of all the way around and above the most beautiful Copenhagen, even from the toilets there is a good view. What lomaro doesn't like about Sukaiba:
The view is of course nice from 23 floor. The food is nice but it is like if you are trying too hard. Everything should be a journey and you get around several places in Asia. Most dishes are very nice, but the taste was not reminiscent and the fish was exactly shamed so it was moaning. Could hear the neighboring neighbor had the same problem. Don't judge a book by its cover... oh they try to appear like a top shelf venue with a twist of Asia. But that is all it is. Appearance. The dishes are localised and bland interpretations of the originals. Service is more funky than attentive. Our waiters wanted to be heard but didn't listen to their guests. It's clearly a place catering for the type of influencers and accompanying crowd who cares more about looks than genuine experience. Avoid if possible but since the location is a bit remote it's ok in a clinch. The Cocktails are good at least. Pretentious but good.
Super delicious 7 course with wine menu. Very creative and beautiful dishes. Great atmosphere. Very dim lighting allows you to enjoy the view from the 23rd floor. Super cool with a DJ who mixed delicious Lounge music. Long time between courses, too long. So long that we managed to drink the wine intended for the dish.
Absolutely amazing dinner. Service top notch, food fantastic and the whole place was extremely beautiful Recommended to everyone I'm Copenhagen.
