Punjab - Koebenhavn

The restaurant looks beaten down when you come in. Broken seats with worn leather etc. The buffet was terrible. The chicken biryani was bone dry and tasted off. The kofte was so salty it wasn't edible. So was the fried chicken. It literally made me sick. I would highly recommend eating elsewhere.

It's surprising but good Indian/Pakistani food is hard to find in Copenhagen. Whilst it's slightly out of town, the Punjab Restaurant is well worth a trip to Valby. The food is excellent During lockdown the Punjab's standards are still high. A takeaway includes rice, is large enough for two and even including the rice is cheaper than most other Indian deliveries. I am looking forward to Copenhagen coming out of lockdown and being able to sample the Punjab's weekend buffet again.

Pretty poor buffet. Not fresh, had to scrape skin off each tray. Naan was rubbish. No alcohol served..not good. I gave it 2 not a 1 as I see some people are satisfied

After a long time without good indian food, I was happy spending two evenings here. We came back a second time after finding out that the food was good, with just the needed amount of spice, and the staff is really kind.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Punjab Restaurant and my experience was absolutely outstanding! From the start I was greeted by a warm and attentive staff. The atmosphere in the restaurant was inviting and cozy, which contributed to a relaxed dining experience. The service was exceptional. The staff was always attentive and friendly without being intrusive. My questions were answered patiently and I felt truly cared for. All in all, my visit to Punjab Restaurant was an outstanding experience. I can't wait to come back and enjoy more culinary delights. If you are looking for a restaurant that offers excellent food, a welcoming atmosphere and first class service, then Punjab Restaurant is definitely the right choice!
