Koefoed - Koebenhavn

Nice and cozy restaurant close to Kongens Nytorv and metro. I was very pressed time when I had to reach a plane, and asked if it could be doing their 5 dishes's taste menu of 11⁄2 hours, which should not be any problem. So at your own call I enjoyed the 5 servings during an hour! , without I felt that there was japped or things were rushed through. The food was really delicious and the kitchen is not afraid to experiment with some more special flavors: I have too often experienced that flirting with exciting tastes, ends with something that tastes more strange than good, but Restaurant Kofoed holds the balance perfect, so the food is experimental but not odd. The restaurant is recommended in the Michelin guide is fully deserved and it has absolutely the potential for more than one mention: I have more than once got significantly slurer food in places MED Michelin star. The staff are young, but very professionally, humorous, attentive and informally good atmosphere all the way through!

This was a really nice first contact with modern scandinavian Cuisine . After I don't get it yet can be difficult to evaluate, but worth 4* anyway. A completely new taste world, very interesting and good. Much is based on mushrooms and native herbs. The trilogy of the lamb perfectly prepared, as in all dishes with a magnificent jus! A pleasure!

It is really good food. It is a little different and it is a Bornholm food. The service is also really good. I got their Christmas party and it was really good. I got it with shelf flower. There is also good service. The staff are flink and they also explain what you have got so you are completely silers on Vad it is.

Very tasty food, attentive and quick service. We liked it very much.

Smørrebrød på et helt andet niveau med fantastisk velsmagende detaljer. Personalet var på samme høje niveau som maden. Man følte sig velkommen med god, professionel og imødekommende service.
