Came in 3 people for lunch. Had heard good things about this place so wanted to give it a go. 2 of us had the Groeddeller and the 3rd person had a large Congee. Everything on our plates were organic, yes even the pilsner I ordered was a 45 Organic Days Pilsner. Service was very friendly and the food was very tasty indeed. View all feedback.
What englishbumble doesn't like about Groed:
Went in for breakfast, was a little confused initially on whether to sit yourself (you do) and where to find the menu (grab one from the bar). After ordering at the bar the service was slow with around a 30 minute wait for the food to arrive. The coffee was nice but could have been hotter. View all feedback.
Delicious creamy oatmeal (a bit on the salty side) and delicious toppings (recommended are the peanut butter and rhubarb). We ordered a large bowl, a small one would have been too little for us to have a good start to the day. Juice was made fresh, highly recommended.

Initially, I didn't want to try Grod's menu, but after a few friends ordered, I was convinced by the explosion of colors in the bowls that I had to try something from the menu. I can say that I tried about 4 types of bowls and they were all extremely tasty. The location is nice, small and charming, located in a good area, and the prices are ok. A bowl is very big, I recommend it, I started the day very well with the breakfast served at Grod.

Amazing porridge! Never had anything like this before. My son and I both loved it- one of us is wheat intolerant and the other dairy but we both had good options. I wish I could have eaten the whole bowl but it was very filling!
