Had lunch here earlier today. Waiter was on top of everything. Ordered a couple of beers to start and they were delivered in a couple of minutes. Ordered burgers for lunch and they came out quickly and cooked perfectly. Food was good and very reasonable priced for Copenhagen. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Gammel Strand:
We had the “Juan and only” burger with green chimichurri sauce. Not impressed! The meat had lots of fat and was chewy, and the chimichurri sauce was extremely bitter. No one came and asked how we liked our meal whatsoever, and it was not because the staff was busy tending to other customers. It was NOT worth the money. Very disappointed and not coming back. I had the burger and fries. Fries are extra. They were amazing. They also have an all you can eat and drink for $60. Amazing price. Its a super cute place, we are outside. But it did look amazing on the inside also. Food was great, service was great and the food came out so quick.
Good burger place with decent burgers and sides, but nothing exceptional tastewise. Prices are ok and you know what you get.

The food is decent. Especially considering what you pay for. The drinks (cocktails) are excellent. There is a nice list of red wines you can get by the glass. Overall very nice and decent.
