meget venlig regá, og hvis du er på et budget i denne ret dyre by, vil du have det fint, pizza ikke dårlig, alt andet godt, dobbelt top ost og kartofler ikke for beskidte View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Desi Corner:
the dishes are tasty and cheap. special desires how extra much tomato sauce, but little cheese on a pizza, get provided. the owners are very friendly. but good dinge take time, they should be patient when ordering at thei corner. but then, if it takes too long, they may have a dose coks for free View all feedback.
Had my flight cancelled and landed in the Moxy Hotel just across the road. Got a delicious lamb korma in the takeaway and ate it at the hotel. The curry was very delicious and nicely spiced, just what I was looking for. They spice cautiously, so order it a notch higher than you‘re used to. I‘m glad I found the place :
Don't waste your time with a raw burger or at the hotel. Ask for the Indian food you like and don't try to buy one rib for 59 cents. Had an amazing experience and excellent meal. Tandoori chicken was two full legs and the naan was hand flipped in front of me with raita. Authentic and excellent, and only reasonably intense interaction. Yum!
Been eating there since I was a kid but didn't think the food tasted as good as it always did, I wonder if they have new owners?
EDIT AFTER LATEST VISTS: I am deducting a star after the latest visits because the curry dishes are not remotely as good they used to be. The rice and naan are still good, but the curries are WAY TOO greasy and no matter what you order, it's all swimming in oil. What a pity, I used to love this place. My older review follows. If you take it for what it is, i.e. your average local Indian takeaway, and if you set your expectations right, it is not bad at all, and you'll be surprised at the value for money considering the more than generous portions. The rice is always on point and so well spiced that it's probably the highlight about this place. The naans also taste delicious! Very moist and seasoned, not dry at all. I find the meals sometimes on the greasy side, but then again these are not exactly diet meals, so that's acceptable for me. We typically order chicken korma and chicken ginger and it never disappoints. It is true that the communication is sometimes difficult when ordering over the phone, so it might be tricky if you have special requests about ingredients and level of spiciness, so it's best to just show up and order (but the wait might be a little longer during peak times) or just order via the delivery platforms. I wouldn't recommend dining in because this is a place more suitable for takeaway, the atmosphere for dining in is not that great. Similarly, if you expect high cuisine, I believe you should just go to a restaurant. But for Indian takeaway this is perfect and it has great value for money. Finally, I would discourage you from ordering anything other than Indian food, I believe that's what they do best. I would choose another place for pizza or burgers.
I ordered Chicken Korma. It was very tasty and the portion was big : (Translated by Google Pedí Pollo Korma. It was very tasty and the portion was great :
