The drink was brought in a glass with a broken upper rim that could cut your lips. very small room where tables are facing each other. I ordered salmon, the portion is very small, and the price is too high. Husband’s dish was too fat, the only thing that could recommend- to eat open- faced sandwich with local classic herring
We happened on Nytorv while wandering around downtown Copenhagen early in a recent trip. It clearly does a good business with visitors to the city. The food was fine, but not memorable. I had a pork dish and my companion a fish dish. Each were accompanied by a modest selection of vegetables. The restaurant offered a couple of wines by the glass (one red, one white, one rose) and several local beers. Of various meals in Copenhagen, this was the least memorable. I can't see why I would go back. There only seemed to be one server on duty the evening we were there and she was quite busy.
We were little late for the dinner in Copenhagen city and actually we have some restaurant in our list but most of them don’t have enough table because of too many people. But finally we found this little restaurant and inside is very cozy decoration. Waitress are great and food is delicious.
Cosy ambience with beautiful evocative decor definitely a place to go for romantic dinner. We had pork dishes: crispy pork and pork roast. There is a considerable amount of food in both of these dishes, so note if you consider something extra, such as an appetizer or a dessert. Both very tasty, but the crispy pork had a kind of pork eggs taste and texture, if that's what you want, then this dish should be perfect for you.
