What Susanne Marker doesn't like about Burger Shack:
It really took MEGET a long time to get the food served. As if the kitchen can only handle 1 burger at a time. There was not even many people, and yet we waited a half hour on simple menus. I don't bother another time. Sweet and friendly service, burgers were fine.... but i.e.. There are many other places where it is more supple and where there is no ice cold at the same time. Was in the burger shack with my 2 children incredibly nice service, the user was super good. The soda was at the perfect temperature, the burger crisp and delicious. The meat fresh and perfect. Super nice all in all Can highly recommend burger shack
The food was fine, the service not so fine. It seemed like the place needed to hire at least one more in the kitchen. We visited a Friday evening and it wasn't because the restaurant was packed, but the 2 young people in the kitchen were quite busy with preparing food for the customers in the restaurant and for wolt, foodora and just-eat costumers.. The result was that we (the customers in the restaurant) had to wait 30-40minuts to get their food uh! And it would be great if the ones working there, knows about existing offers (we bought a deal that was, 2 burgers and 2 Cocio. We got our burgerss. When we asked for the Cocios, they looked puzzled and we had to show them to prove that we were telling the truth!?

When I was inside last time, I was served a burger. I have done that many times over several years. This time the store was busy. I wondered why the grill was causing the meat to catch fire, but when I got the burger it was very clear. It was totally red inside. In a Denmark full of salmonella, you should get your act together before people die.
The best burger I've tasted in ages. Perfectly cooked beef, medium rare, juicy without dripping, and very tasty. The secret is sous vide, no other burger restaurant uses sous vide it doesn't get better. The flesh is pink, so if you suffer from div. mental disorders, then you can probably get the nice staff to make you a well cooked and ruined anxiety burger. Enjoy.
