Contribute FeedbackFood and atmosphere are very good. Honestly, poor service, must destroy experience on one ors good restaurant. Our servant could not find menu cards and first after we asked to get them, he found 3 for a company of 5 (heaf 2 menu cards in English). Then we get ordered and the first serving will be fair quickly. The next servings let a little wait a little, and it doesn’t go too quickly to get rid of. We do not get filled wine up and there is no eye on whether we have more wine and water. At 1850 we have served dessert, and our waiter asks if it is okay that he comes with the bill, since we only have the table at 19.00 (it knows we also well). He comes back after 1 minute with bill and a dankort terminal. The terminal does not work, which we have to point out for him. He comes back with a new one and we get paid. Now I can be allowed to start eating my dessert, but only for 2 minutes, for now he comes back and tells him that he will have the table when new customers come 10 minutes after. I understand that you have time limit on tables, but that way it was handled was under all criticism. There were 2 available tables next to us and several available tables upstairs. No one was waiting when we went. Honestly, a good experience must be destroyed by poor service.
The lady and I had an excellent experience. The background music was cozy and cozy without filling too much and the premises are beautiful. The staff were available with good service and allowed to enjoy very much with each other, which contributed positively to the mood, so it became a little more personal and not too neglected. Food and wine were really delicious, including the best mushroom sauce we had ever tasted. Would clearly recommend the restaurant to others on my way and probably also come back at a time if there has been a new 13-course menu for an even wonderful taste experience.
Nice 5 star experience. The servant was friendly, welcoming and had control of what he spoke about. The food was super delicious. Certainly worth visiting again.
There is nothing to say about the food! Exquisite taste experience. We got 13 servings with the wine menu. Can definitely be recommended! However, there is a huge BUT; the waiters seemed too urgent and came several times to ask if we were ready for the next course. We had not yet finished the main course when we saw that our dessert (a kind of ice cream) was coming. We had to send it back. This was true at the other tables as well, where I even overheard a waiter asking if they were ready for the bill while she cleared away their dessert. The customer was completely taken aback and replied Now I just want to enjoy my glass of wine, but yes, you just bring it It was a weekday evening where several tables were empty. Now get some experienced and professional waiters in so that the whole experience becomes 5-star! drags an incredible amount down to the general experience that you have too many new, untried waiters who just want to serve. 3 of the waiters who served us had all just started in Basso.
Delicious food, lovely management and service. The only thing was that you sit a little close, but a nice dining experience.
