What Benamard doesn't like about Barshu:
Came in for late lunch, therefore the place was empty. We ordered starters (soup and spring rolls) and a couple of main. For some reason the different dishes were served at quite a random order. The waitress was friendly but looked very confused. Food was very average. It was evident that the fried courses were cooked in non-fresh oil. Chinese restaurant with a nice selection of dishes. Efficient and friendly service , no language barrier. I would prefer the food to be served at the same time, rather than quite a few minutes between each of us getting our dishes. Apart from that, we were pleased with what we got; in particular our 8 year old grandchild was all smiles!
Chinese cuisine in Scandinavia is often very poor, but this is an exception. The staff was also helpful and fast, and prices reasonable. No reasons not to visiting Barshu if you are in Copenhagen.
The food was good and delicious. The price was reasonable and good portions according to price. We did not expect as long before the food came and we could taste that the food was made from the bottom of. Vegetables in noodles were fresh and not queued for very personals were welcoming and smiling. We came without table topillibg in advance.
I am reviewing the food I have ordered with delivery, not considering eating in the restaurant itself. Unfortunately, the order was mistaken, this combined with extremely poorly rolled sushi that was falling apart every time I grabbed them with sticks. I may give another chance, but for now it was below expectations.
Amazing authentic Sichuan cuisine. Good quality and fair prices. Koriander chilli lamb and Gongbao chicken were 1st class.
