one of the most popular restaurants serving Arabic cuisine. I visited this restaurant a few times quiet. they have always followed their consistency in taste, and the taste is also quite decent. but I think seriously that eating is not overpriced and if they order some teller, they make sure they order the right order. What User doesn't like about Zaatar Arabic:
that's a great place. the food was good and delicious. they have a large selection of food and lip lubrication. 5 to 5. I'd rather take a ride or siggy and enjoy the taste. we ordered a plate since we 6. the plate was a mighty long one that could only sit on the table above the mange. with this plate on the table must find the plates, glasses and water bottles space to sit on the table. the concept of warm food has l... 1) Service is very Bad 2) When we are talking about the food we ordered for the Chicken Tikka, when we had it like same taste as Al- Faham I felt like Al Faham same masala is Marinated in Chicken Tikka 3) When I asked the person who takes order for calling the Chef like he were saying that 'Chef is busy in Kitchen so that he can 't come to lobby for interacting with Customer
We had lunch from Panambilly nagar outlet and it was worst in all terms.Service and quality was horrible
If you want to see service with attitude then head to ZATAR. Seriously the staff needs trainings on guest handling. No COVID 19 precautions followed and you are treated as if you are an intruder without any money at staffs mercy. The only silver lining was a decent fish dish. I am sure if the attitide continues ZATAR will become history very soon.
Coffee is pretty good. I like their lentil soup and safayeh. Very nice. Looking forward to going there this Sunday.
Been there by 6:10pm for dinner today 18/09/2020. There were more than 4 waiters and one cashier. Everyone one was on mobile.No greetings at all. No one at the Fish counter. There are only 3 tables occupied. We waited for 5 minutes at the counter to seat us.later we went to wash our hands. We sat on a table by ourself. Waiters noticed but no response.After 10 minutes of seating someone came and through the menu and vanished. We spend another 10 minutes for order. Everyone at the restaurant were busy with their mobile and chit chatting. After waiting for long 30 minute we decided to leave the restaurant. I will never ever recommend this restaurant to anyone. Please learn the meaning of customer service.
