We were suggested well by the servers...we took Al Najik beef kebab, Kozhi ri... read more We visited Zaatar at Poonampally Nagar twice for lunch in our 3 day stay in Kochi. We were suggested well by the servers...we took Al Najik beef kebab, Kozhi rice, kub us and Sulaimani cardamom and cinnamon chai. The kebab is unique , succulent and dipped in an amazingly tasty yoghurt dip. The rice had wonderful flavours and the tea was most genuine Mediterranean tea. We absolutely loved the authenticity and quality of food. It is a treasure in Kochi.

No COVID 19 precautions followed and you are treated as if you are an intruder without any money at staffs mercy. The only silver lining was a decent fish dish. I am sure if the attitide continues ZATAR will become history very soon.
