Being a food lover, I definitely took the opportunity to taste one of the Xandai special menu. The chef specials are marked with X logo. The view from Xandari Harbor is mind blowing, its by the pool side and water facing. You can see a whole lot of activities going around. The burger looked intresting and since I was in a hurry placed an order for Xandari Beef Burger I got my Burger but took more time than I expected. The Burger was good, beef patty, bacon, caramilized onion, with pickels. they servied it with some fresh vegetable salad, baked baby potatos. I had it with watermellon blend with mint, Basil and lemon. I got opportunity to meet the Chef. I asked him about the delay and he explained that, all orders are made from the scratch once you place the order, in my case from the Bun. They do not add any preservatives, hence it takes some time. Indeed the Burger was fresh and good and it is one of the best Burger you will get in Fort Kochi.

The white sauce Penne Pasta was good and then we had pepper chicken pizza, which also had a unique pepper taste. Great service from employees, very polite and good behavior. Clean spacious bathroom and washing area.

Their seasonal fruit plate is delicious, they serve the best coffee I had in India and the views are unbeatable. Get it early for a cool Portside seat and watch how you participate in their exceptional kitchen. Very recommended.

Who personally looks into making sure guests are comfortable. Room was perfect and no problem in the room at all during the 2 day stay. Food is mind blowing, all the meals we had, had such an authentic kerala flavour. Its was a treat to the taste buds. I Definitely recommend this place for a beautiful stay and food. The staff will make sure you have a comfortable stay. I am extremely pleased to have stayed here and the concerned attitude of the staff which is what ads to the stars. Kudos Xandari team!
