I have been sitting here at this restaurant since 10:30 am and it is now 3:30 pm. Even though I submitted my order at 12 pm, no one has come to take it or provide any updates. The place is crowded and there are many other customers waiting. I have a young child who has been waiting to be picked up from school for over an hour. This kind of poor management is unacceptable.
