Highbar - Kochi (Cochin)

The hosting and courtesy staff. clean rooms. we had a problem with what they went beyond and beyond to do everything to ensure that our needs were met. centrally located and easy to access various locations.

Had dinner buffet with family. Spread was nice with plenty of veg options. The staff were very warm and friendly (especially to toddlers). My 21m old baby also had a great time there Special thanks to Anamika for giving company to my little one Would love to visit again.

The hotel provides excellent service with helpful staff, quick room service, and easy check-in and check-out. The restaurant service was great, and the breakfast and wifi were decent. The only downside is that the rooms and restaurant furniture, which are all white, appear a bit dirty. Additionally, the wait for one of the two elevators can be long at times.

The room was clean and spacious with a comfortable king bed, water cooker, and other amenities. The only thing missing was an iron box. The breakfast buffet had a nice variety of Nordic and Indian cuisine. I returned to this restaurant after three years and noticed that the place was starting to show its age. Compared to other hotels I have stayed in since my last visit, the room felt cramped and the small, tinted windows didn't allow much sunlight in, contributing to the cramped feeling. However, the staff were very friendly and helpful.

The food and service at this restaurant were excellent. The staff was friendly and attentive. Some dishes could use some improvement to reach perfection, but overall it is one of the best dining establishments around. The restaurant has an international feel to it and I thoroughly enjoyed the experience.
