First, we received an email saying we should rep... read more Our experience with the hostel wasn 't very good. The check-in experience can only be described as interesting. First, we received an email saying we should report to the reception between 4 and 6 p.m., and that we didn 't need a credit card. When we arrived, we realized there was no reception at all and that we had to check in online. One of the restaurant employees then said we must have received a second email (probably in our spam folder, which was the case with the instructions. However, you did need a credit card for online check-in (or you could pay with Klarna, which was also odd . After we somehow muddled through and got to the room, which, by the way, didn 't look anything like the pictures on the website (completely different decor and a different view , we checked the check-in information: there was no mention of online check-in, and there were also different check-in times. What also disappointed us: both the website and the first email stated that you could book breakfast. On arrival, they told us there was no breakfast (according to the flyer handed out, only if 10 people register?? . Furthermore, half a liter of water always spilled out of the toilet when flushing, so our feet regularly got wet. The room windows were also so leaky that the room was constantly damp and cold. Our conclusion: it 's better to spend a little more money and stay somewhere else. The restaurant is good, but the hostel (yes, even by hostel standards isn 't really that great. We received a very friendly welcome and the principle was explained...you first have to reserve your table because of the table number, then go inside and place your order yourself from a tray. (Direct payment, including a tip, without knowing what the service is like, is actually quite odd. The food and drinks ordered from the tray are brought to your table. Unfortunately, there seemed to be a lot of miscalculation or something similar, so our table next door was supposed to receive three drinks that we hadn't ordered. We ordered three dishes; dishes 1 and 2 arrived at the table at the same time, but dish 3 didn't arrive until dishes 1 and 2 had almost finished their meals. We decided not to order another drink at this terminal because there were problems with the first order and it then took 10 minutes to complete the order. Despite everything, the staff were very friendly and the view while eating is a dream.

Unfortunately, you 're not allowed inside with your dog, but you can sit outside on the terrace. So, in good weather, it 's no problem at all. A fantastic view with lovely, pleasant music in the background. We 've been here several times and would recommend it to anyone :
