初めての神戸牛をいただくお店として訪問させていただきました。 前菜から美しいプレートが運ばれてきて、とっても良かったです。お客さんが３から４組来店されて、忙しい... read more 初めての神戸牛をいただくお店として訪問させていただきました。 前菜から美しいプレートが運ばれてきて、とっても良かったです。お客さんが３から４組来店されて、忙しい中、ひとつひとつ説明してくれました。 神戸牛については、血統書を見せていただき、流通量や松阪牛、山形牛などとの関係を勉強させていただきました。 また時間のかかるときには、一品サービスしていただいたりとお心遣いに感謝の気持ちでいっぱいです。 ゆっくり話ながら、美味しい食事とお酒を楽しめる場所なので、また神戸を訪問する際には、伺いたいと思います。
