The service was excellent and the staff was very polite,... read more We spent 5 nights in the pool room at this lovely hotel. It was a relaxing, lush, and comfortable stay. The service was excellent and the staff was very polite, even accommodating our 6-month-old baby. The pool was perfect for our little one. Although the dining was a bit pricey, we still enjoyed our meals every day. There were many "influencing images" around the pool and hotel, which added to the overall experience. It was entertaining to see how the hotel marketed itself to guests.

The atmosphere wasn't really my style as it felt more like a casual goodbye lunch instead of a city vibe. However, the food was tasty. The service was decent, although the female waitress was not particularly friendly. The resort had a nice appearance.

We’d been highly recommended Karma Resort by several friends and I’m so glad they did! The resort is a smaller, boutique style resort (as advertised) and so feels more intimate than some of the bigger chains. The staff are so kind and friendly and went out of their way to be helpful at all points throughout our stay. We chose an upstairs room and loved it! We loved having the outdoor terrace where we could chill out and read or just watch the world go by. And the outdoor shower an absolute luxury! Having stayed in this area several times, Karma Resort would definitely be my number 1 choice of somewhere to stay.

It's very... read more Beautiful beach, very nice pool. Food was nice, but we ordered a pasta that was undercooked and extra oily everything else we ordered was very tasty. It's very hot as there are almost no trees and very loud staff in the kitchen.
