Thanks to Hemmingway’s wonderful team, we prebooked on the Friday, which is easily done, we simply called in, stayed for a beer and found ourselves listening to some amazing live Jazz. Sunday arrived and we feasted on delicious roasties, pumpkin, seasonal vegetables, chicken with all the extras, stuffing and Yorkshire puds! Hemmingway’s has great live music, a truly welcoming vibe and such a scenic venue, on the only lake on this magical island. If you want a taste of island life, then go visit.

In addition, they deliver the food much faster compared to other remnants nearby. Last but not least, people are super friendly, especially the little old lady who is the owner of the place. Fair prices, great food!
