Fish was not fresh even tho they told me so. Overall food was really bad, tasted oil and was a mix off overcooked and undercooked

We went to this restaurant because of the goid reviews here on google maps. The place looks nice and the staff greets you. However the food is just awful. A guy who we suspect was the manager presented the barbeque they were offering, there was several pre prepared dishes that they offered to grill. I chose a fish and asked if it was fresh. Yes he said, ok how long do you barbeque it? 30min he replied. The fish was served 10 min later and just awfull, far from fresh. My husband ordered spring rolls and one of their signature dishes which contained 3 different 3 kinds of seafood. The spring rolls was nothing out of the ordinary, the signature dish was drenched in oil topped with a overboiled egg (the kind with a geeen hard yolk, was probably boiled hours before and then heated). It tasted oil and nothing more. There was also store prepared sweet and sour sauce on the sides of the dish. We were very dissapointed and decided to pay the bill and leave. One of the waiters spotted that we left a lot of food and asked me what was wrong. I explained the problem and she was polite and asked us to whait. We wondered what for. She shortly came back with the guy who first presented us with the barbeque(manager). He refused to listen and kept defending the food and also refused to taste the food. The waiter asked him to do something, he dissapeared then came back with an excuse that he couldn 't refund us because of the computer not allowing it. We left very dissapointed, feeling loss of money and time. Ps, the so called fruit shake that I ordered was nothing more than lemonade mixed with ice. See picture.
