My friends and I visited at 3 AM, and there was just one waitress and one cook on duty. They were incredibly friendly! Although I didn’t catch their names, they excelled at engaging in conversation and made everyone feel like a regular. I will definitely be returning! View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Waffle House:
1. The gentleman who took my order had a somewhat rude attitude.
2. When my ham and cheese omelet was served, it resembled more of a pile of eggs than anything styled as an omelet.
3. I found what I think was a slice of mushroom in the omelet.
4. I noticed a female server placing clean silverware in the bins right after handling paper money, without wearing gloves or washing her hands.
5. Overall, the staff was unfriendly; not a single employee smiled at any point.
When I got up to leave, I chatted with another customer at the counter who also noted that she hadn’t seen anyone smile either.
Chris is amazing on the grill! He cooked my hash browns to perfection and my eggs were spot on. I'm quite particular about my food, and he absolutely nailed it! If I could, I would give him 10 stars. Thank you for making the start of my day so perfect. I'm one very happy customer! I highly recommend you go down and watch Chris cook and serve you a delicious plate of your favorite breakfast.
I had the worst service imaginable at this restaurant. I've worked in the food industry for many years and always tip generously—over 25%. However, if my drink runs out and I have to ask for a refill, that just won't cut it for me.
This is always a fantastic spot for a delicious breakfast. The staff is consistently cheerful and efficient.
When they reopened this store it was the best o n e ever. The last few times we have been there it has gotten worse. Never going back to this location again
The food was great and fast and speedy, and the server was great she was very friendly and happy to be there the cooks did great
