The Lunchbox - Knoxville

Went here for the first time and I think my favorite part of the visit was the cashier. She was so helpful and sweet. Downright maternal. I ordered the southwest whole wheat wrap, red chilli, fritos, and a tea. Parking is limited. Take a small car and be careful turning off of Kingston pike. It was small and clean. Lots of natural sunlight. This use to be the bldg that housed big fattys. The Chilli was hot and very thick. I didn't think my sandwich was outstanding but they have others to choose from. I should also mention it's a little pricey for lunch.

I got Box launches for our physician meeting today. They all loved them!We will definitely be coming back for our next meeting.

Yummy chicken salad sandwiches. Aaaaaamazing spinach enchiladas to take home and warm up for an easy dinner. Friendly staff

We stopped in for lunch today and didn't have any wait. My wife loves the chicken salad sandwiches and their chicken gumbo soup . My favorites are the chicken enchiladas. Their restaurant was spotless and the counter lady was very personable

Great soup, chicken salad and desserts. Everything I have had there has been amazing!
