Taqueria La Herradura - Knoxville

I don't write reviews unless they are really good or very bad. So I always order from this place, ever since their grand opening. Customer Service was great.! Idk if it's the new cashiers/cooks now but the past few weeks it's not been that good. Last night I called forgot to ask for cahiers name(will remember to do next time) and I asked her to not add cheese on the fish tacos. And told me that they don't prepare it like that. Again I told her, she said they only addthe usual like other tacos. Ok, fine(wasn't going to argue). When we got our order, found cheese on the fish tacos. And the chicken fries had very thick cheese. As if they didn't swirl it and cook it all the way. The cashier lady was rude.If she's new fine, but don't be rude.! I work in customer service so I know what it's like working with ppl.

I?ve been going here since they started as a food truck years ago. They?ve always been delicious, but now they have more on the menu and it?s even better! The quesatacos (birria) were the best that I?ve had in Knoxville!

We keep searching for GOOD Mexican in Knoxville. This one is top of the list. Simple, price is right, lots of flavor, easy, and good portions.

I love this place!!! Everyone kept talking about how good this taco truck was!!! When I found it, I was in heaven!!! The food is superb!!! The people that run r great and the price is unbelievable!!! If I didn't live so far away I'd eat here several times a week!!!

Far and away my favorite food truck and probably Mexican food in town. The staff is super nice and everything I have had there is amazing. They consistently make the best food. Never leave!
