To the woman who works alone, I understand your frustrations. I don't know how you don't get a break. I wanted to assist you, but you gave me a negative response. I still tipped you and apologized. We all have our moments, it's just a part of life. It's not the customer's fault for lack of help. Remember to still be kind, as we've all been in that position before.

The restaurant opens from 8:30 a.m. to 9 a.m. with the open sign turned on. However, upon arrival, we found the interior lights on but no worker present. After waiting for a while at the closed door, the worker inside briefly came out and then disappeared to the back without returning.

I have ordered from this restaurant location at least 20 times in the past. Recently, I ordered from the app to this location, but the app had an error and charged my account without actually placing the order. When I went to the store, they had no record of my order. Instead of trying to resolve the issue and refund my money, I was asked if they had seen me before, which I found to be very unprofessional. It is especially frustrating to be charged for food that I never received.

The server was there by herself and then it got busy. Luckily someone else showed up. I don't think anyone should be left alone in a store or anywhere there's business. We got Italian BMT and she left off the ham.

One of the employees there is just AWESOME! He's incredibly friendly and never seems to be having a bad day. Some of the other's..I don't know yet well enough but I hope their work ethic improves. It's a catch 22 whether the food will be fresh or not though. The raspberry cheesecake cookies are to die for!
