What Tim Wilson doesn't like about Ruby Tuesday Knoxville:
Our poor waitress was handling half the dining room by herself. We had no straws, no silverware at the salad bar, waited forever for someone to take out order, waited forever for drink refills and food. Not a fantastic experience. I recently visited and had a wonderful experience. The food was great and didn't take long. Kristin one of the managers was so sweet and came over to check on my table to make sure we had a great experience. We're definitely going back.

I tried the New BBQ Chicken Salad. It was a generous portion, but the crispy chicken was tough and dry. The sweet tea was good though.
Travelers beware. I?ve worked as a server before so I?ve had a little bit of experience in the food industry. This poor place has been ran to the ground. All the servers here are really nice and the food is good, but they?re always out of several things. For instance, I got a small amount of ice in my coke and asked if I could have more in a small cup and the poor waiter told me they were out!! I?m thinking to myself ?why do the managers have the place open if they?re out of something like ice?? Also, they never have a host at the door either. The poor servers take on the role of seating people while they?re trying to keep up with their tables they already have seated. It just seems like such a hassle to keep up with! I?d recommend stopping here for a bite to eat before your flight, but they really need more help it seems.
