The food was good, but we ordered baked carrots and were told the person who was responsible for them was there so that they had none.
Used open table to plan our time, arrived on time and waited about 15 min to get space when the couple that was in front of us had no scheduled time and had also waited a 15 min. which benefits has the use of a termination app? No matter. eating was fantastic, very right and the service was ok. we had to remind the waiter to refill the drink, and he wasn't a cup to go when he was asked. he also left the ice for the to-go chocolate wave cakes we ordered.
The open table priority seating on New Year’s Eve was great. We were seated in Five minutes!
This app didn’t work Red Lobster does not even know how to use the app notifications. Had to wait over 45 mins and I had took my mom ! Not very happy with this app right now. How can you say a restaurant has availability when they don’t and show their restaurant when they didn’t even know what the heck I was talking about! Very disappointed. I felt like a fool and red Lobster didn’t help any at all! I have however used this app at the Chop House and love using it there.
