Extremely busy, it took several minutes to find a seat, and we had to share a table to get one then. Coffee and latte were great, as was the cinnamon roll.Food: 5/5 View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Panera Bread:
I placed another online order today for in store pickup. The order was wrong, again. They didn't check it, even though their receipt is a checklist it has checkboxes . Of course, you pay upfront, nowadays, then get the food they bag. I always tip ahead of time ~20% , anticipating/encouraging good service this has got to stop. I'm going to talk to the manager again! Well we got there around 1:00 and there were several empty tables but none were clean. So I went to get napkins to try to at least get the crumbs off...
Went here today and the employees were absolutely hateful and rude (especially the person who took my order at the register). The person with me...
