I give five stars to the older manager who works the night shifts because he is truly one of the best people I've ever met! He always addresses you by name and ensures you have everything you need, all while wearing a smile. What User doesn't like about Mcdonald's:
I had a mixed experience at the restaurant. The guy who took my order was fantastic—an amazing Black man with great hair and a wonderful attitude. The sign says they have a 24-hour drive-thru, but that's not true. They actually open at 4:50 AM.
The management really needs to improve customer service at this establishment. I felt overlooked and ignored, while staff seemed preoccupied with other distractions. I'm not sure what was so captivating about what was happening nearby, but it's usually the customers who should come first!
This location is the closest to us, so we visit frequently and usually have no issues. However, the other day, when my mother and I ordered food, we encountered a very rude employee. When my mom mentioned that we received the wrong drink, the worker shoved the food at her and threw ketchup our way when she requested it. Another employee even flipped us off, and when my mom asked to speak to a manager, he came over and told us never to come back. It might be a good idea to better train your staff instead of placing blame on the customers.
I come here for breakfast ever so often and daughter loves her happy meals. I always use the mobile app as it had great deals and rewards for free food you can earn. One of the better fast food apps, this location is decent, not perfect but usually fast enough and correct.
Delivery driver baffled by the low rating here... The only problem I've ever experienced is the graveyard shift might be a bit understaffed at times, but the ones who ARE there deserves a raise! One time I skipped an order because the drive-thru line was wrapped around the building. When I came back there for another order just a few minutes later, there was NO line at all, AND they already had my order ready to go!! Super friendly and professional too.
