Mama Mia Mediterranean Food - Knoxville

Absolutely perfect! This is simply the best Mediterranean food I ever had in my whole life. The taste was incredible and so was the presentation, and don't let me start the service! We felt like we were royalty from the Get-Go. My favorite thing was the Tabouleh, which is amazingly bright and citrus-y. I really enjoyed the sesame bread that came with our ducks, and the hummus I shot with him. My friends and I have chosen another place to have and catch the last few Saturdays, and now I think Mama Mia is our permanent place. I can't wait until our next visit!

I ate Italy for lunch and their spaghetti and meatballs were not disappointed! The part was enormous. I've been a Mama Mia customer for over a decade. My family loves the Mediterranean menu. Your personal delivery service is much faster than Grub Hub, Uber Eats, etc. I recommend Mama Mias Mediterranean and Italian food. The best secret of West Knoxville!

The food is the best Mediterranean food in West Knoxville to the quality of food preparation. Get the Mansaf if you like lamb. However, the seating area of the restaurant is not well kept. Nevertheless, the food is worth a lot and the staff so nice that I go back a lot, but for pick-up take-out.

I only ate with Mama Mia Cuisine! I recommend eating here! The music is amazing, the food is so good and diverse! The owner, Rema, makes cooking, cleaning and serving! She is also incredibly sweet and friendly! Support their business!

Excellent food. I’ve tried a lot of items and everything is tasty and fresh. You should try the Mediterranean dinner, grilled chicken spinach salad, and chicken alfredo pasta. Those are my top favorites and you will not be disappointed.
