While some patrons praised dishes like deviled eggs and unique cocktails, many were disappointed by bland flavors, undercooked steaks, and lackluster service. The menu, once celebrated for its local sourcing, is now seen as limited and uninspired. While the rooftop bar provides a lovely ambiance, it suffers from acoustics that hinder conversation. Overall, although the potential for a wonderful dining experience still exists, diners now have better options in Knoxville, leaving Knox Mason with much to prove.
Great food. Lots of homemade dishes that surprised me like the pate and the Benton's smoked ham. Good wine list and excellent service. Recommend.
