Hello, just wanted the company to know, since there is no easy way to contact them, I will do it on goggle review. I went to the firehouse sub on Clinton hwy, Calahan Rd today at 8:45pm and some kid name TJ was handling all kinds of bad language, cursing and even after others told him they had a customer, he said he didn't care and it wasn't just having a bad day, we all have those. He came out into the store and was just goofing off, playing and bulling the others, he surely has attitude issues and it needs to be delt with ASAP. This was no place to be acting like a kid on the playground, that should be reserved until afterhours. The other kids did a good job, but one poison pill is all it takes to ruin the whole thing.

The garlic bread promo looks good. too bad I couldn't get it because despite the instore signage saying you can have it as your sub bread, I wasn't allowed to. For the normal subs, it's kind of what you would expect in our current time of 2024, low quality, small portions, and sky-high pricing. If you must eat here, the meatball sub is probably fine enough to help against snacking 10 minutes later.

Everytime I go to this Firehouse subs I am so well pleased and satisfied with the service and friendliness of the emploees. They always have smiles on their faces and say Welcome to Firehouse no matter how slammed or dead they are in store. I 'm not sure of everyone 's names but I went today around 12:30pm-1:00pm for lunch and the whole team was just absolutely amazing and so fast. I do know the name of Dalton and he is so kind and you can tell he takes pride in his job. Thank you so much y 'all!
