What User doesn't like about Embassy Suites By Hilton Knoxville West:
On my first day at the restaurant, I encountered rowdy children hitting each other in the pool area, an elevator door that was repeatedly slammed on me by these same children, a dirty sock discovered in my bed, no sheets provided for the pull-out sofa, and no parking available for my disabled child due to three cars occupying handicap spots without permits. When I brought these issues to the staff's attention, I was... View all feedback.
Stayed here while visiting family, very nice hotel. The complementary breakfast was awesome the hotel bar was very nice reasonably priced. Kids loved the pool. The suite was kind of small but overall great place to stay.
The water fountain in the lobby feeds a moss wall that helps keep the air clean. I really enjoyed the community room downstairs, where they offer free breakfast omelettes or eggs of all kinds - I highly recommend taking them up on the offer. The food was absolutely delicious, with other hot items such as biscuits and gravy, speck, sausage, hash browns, jelly, marmalade, cream cheese, and a selection of different types of toast. The hotel staff were friendly and efficient, and I appreciated the 24-hour laundry service located next to the pool and gym. The hotel is conveniently located near Tesla electric car plugins and has easy access to the main street, highways, and interstates. Just be aware that traffic can be heavy during commuting times. The hotel is not far from the Smoky Mountain Park and the Gatlinburg Bridge. The room was equipped with everything I needed, and the cleaning staff were excellent. Although the pool and whirlpool were out of order during my stay, I enjoyed using the gym facilities. Overall, I had a great experience at this hotel and would highly recommend it to others.
I booked this hotel during a long drive from Texas and was blown away at its elegance and comfort. It reminded me of the luxury hotels from South Asia, complete with PROPER breakfast buffet no Styrofoam plates here! Plus the price was reasonable, especially compared to some sub-par offerings I experienced in West Tennessee for the same price \n nThe lobby is a work of art and there is a lovely outdoor area complete with fire pits \n nI had a suite and again, it exceeded my expectations with beautiful sliding doors, subtle lighting, and a handy kitchenette. The decor was so perfect with a nice mix of modern and local flair \n nFinally, the staff were super professional and friendly and check in and out was a breeze.
This restaurant was amazing! It was clean and the staff was very attentive. The bed was incredibly comfortable. The bar staff were very attentive. The location was convenient for shopping and getting to the highway. Our stay was lovely!
I have stayed in dozens of embassy suites. This appears to be a new design concept. While the hotel is upgraded and designed well, it is quite different than typical. The rooms are much smaller. Usually you walk into a living room with a bedroom in the back. 2 rooms. We booked a junior suite and it was much smaller and one room. No idea how small standard rooms are. The hotel layout isn’t the normal large courtyard design and the breakfast area and selections is quite limited. More similar to Hampton but with cooked to order eggs. Disappointed.
