Dos Agaves Mexican - Knoxville

Gave it one star as negative stars were not an option. WORST EVER!! Sat outside. Blonde Waitress with lots of eye lashes told us they did not have water bowls for our Support Dog. Fine, went to car and got one along with a water bottle. I got a glass ofwarm beer and husband got pinot grigio. We ordered taco salad for me and 2 tacos for husband. 45 minutes later another couplecame in with a beautiful lab (not support, but so what). Their waiter said water bowls no problem and immediately brought themone along with a tall glass of ice water. They ordered she ordered a taco salad and he got some complicated looking dish. Theyhad their food 10 minutes later. After one hour and 20 minutes and several conversations with our waitress, we asked for ourdrink check, paid and left!!! The service was simply HORRIBLE!! We ordered super simple dishes. The salsa was also awful acan of diced tomatoes with a few large chunks of onion and a dash of cilantro. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY! There are plentyof good Mexican restaurants in the area choose one of them!!

Their food is great the margaritas are delicious. It is my favorite Mexican restaurant. The best food. Oh, and I love their fried ice cream. When I want Mexican food this is where I go and they are Truly nice people. I love going there.

Excellent. I didn't know you could find tacos like this in Knoxville. The Buche and Lengua were outstanding. Great patio and the margaritas are perfect, not too sweet. Salsa is top notch, great balance of acidity, salt and cilantro. Found myself a newfavorite Mexican joint.

I can understand why Dos Agaves is so busy. They had no idea, when they were the little place in Farragut, that they had the absolute best and most authentic mexican food in Knoxville, until they my moved to turkey creek- during the pandemic. They areoverwhelmed and for good reason. Sombraros off to you! This is the only Mexican restaurant I will give my money to. Peace andlove ???? FYI... There are mostly mexican patrons here. That says it all.

Pulled pork tacos are the bomb! That side sauce is fire, like for real. I absolutely love spicy and it's a lot for me. But I still loved it enough to ask for more lol. Service is not great, not horrible. I drive an hour to eat here so that should saysomething!
