When I arrived at the windo... read more This franchise seems to be the worst managed in East Tennessee. I placed a mobile order and received confirmation in the drive-thru. When I arrived at the window, they asked for my name, then inquired about my order, only to repeat the same question moments later. After that, I was asked to pull forward, where I waited for another 15 minutes. I ended up calling the store to check on my grilled nuggets, which had apparently gone cold. Shortly after, a young man came to my window but had the wrong order. When I finally received my order — which I didn't check — I was informed that there was a coupon in the bag. However, once I got home, I discovered that the coupon and the two ice creams I had paid for were missing. Unfortunately, this seems to be the norm for my experiences here lately.
