Yet another fast, perfect CFA experience.....I'm starting to think I'll NEVER have a bad CFA experience anywhere.

It 's Chick fil A known for chicken sandwiches of course. Like most people in Knoxville, I imagine, we eat at CFA regularly. Over the past few years since they really stepped up their efficiency game, orders aren 't always as correct as they historically were before the shift. The company has sacrificed accuracy for speed, and this store is no exception, even if I order on the app. I also don 't like being asked to pull up and wait since their zone for that here at this store means that people behind you have to make a very wide turn to get around you, and it makes you feel like you 're being rude, even though it 's what CFA asked you to do. Still, it 's better than a lot of other fast food restaurants, and the food quality is always high. I 'd rather not be told it 's my pleasure as that just sounds ... awkward.

Ordered my food on the app sat in the curbside order pick up spot for 30mins had to go in the store to retrieve my meal and was told it was a mobile pick up even though my phone showed
