We ate at Casen's for the first time in June, and were very impressed. It was also our first night out during the pandemic. Wanting to go again, we returned Friday night. PERMANENTLY CLOSED, yet was able to book a reservation for Valentine's Day. We were not happy to say the least.
The place is closed! I almost missed out on an opportunity for dinner with my wife on Valentine's Day. Why would you take invitations for a restaurant that is closed? Please remove Casens so that someone else doesn't make that mistake.
We made reservations for Valentine’s night on open table, table for 4. Got two reminders. Went there and they were closed
The service at the restaurant was quite slow, but the waitress was friendly and the food was delicious.
According to the OpenTable app, Casens supposedly requires formal attire. What a joke! The atmosphere is more like a Texas Roadhouse than a high-end steakhouse. I booked a reservation to celebrate a significant occasion and was incredibly let down.
