Buttermilk sky has the best cake around! I had the pawn and pumpkin pussies around the celebrations, and for ostern my brother brought the earthly. delicious does not begin to describe these cakes. the crust is just the right combination of crispy, soft and flowing, and the beats are perfect each time. that sounds strange, but I'm even impressed with the packaging. they come into a beautiful, heavy box that cries quality. if you weren't at buttermilk sky, go.

The menu may be limited, but each dish is prepared perfectly. Anyone who enjoys Pecan Pie and chocolate must try the I-40. The coconut dessert was one of the best I've ever had. My top choice is the seasonal strawberry, it's the best I've ever tasted. I will definitely be returning!

We absolutely adore Buttermilk Sky! The wide variety of regular pies and seasonal specials always keep things exciting. The crusts are like nothing I've ever tasted before, but they are incredibly delicious! Don't make the mistake I did and wait too long to try the Buttermilk pie. It was a revelation for me, and absolutely delightful - almost like cheesecake. It's a sweet treat, but not overly so. If you're lucky enough to snag a warm chocolate chip cookie pie fresh from the oven, you're in for a real treat. However, my personal favorite remains the coconut cream pie. The decor is charming, and they have cute trinkets for sale if pie isn't your thing - but really, who doesn't love pie? On one visit, we were delighted to find a fantastic bluegrass trio performing in the store. It was such a fun experience! I can't help but smile every time I step foot in there.
