Bruster's Real Ice Cream - Knoxville

We got here at 6:40pm on a Sunday. They were out of chocolate mudslide, blueberry cobbler, and caramel sauce. We spent 29$ on ice cream after driving 1 hour and 45 minutes to finish out anniversary celebration. Hannah took our order and seemed to have avery unpleasant disposition etc when laughing with her coworkers. The last part of the order was the warm apple dumplings. Theorder was placed at 6:49pm. At 7:15pm we still hadn 't received the dumplings. After waiting in line Hannah finally got to us andasked what we needed. I informed her we never got our dumplings . She said Sorry turned, walked off, got a dumpling, slappedon two globs of ice cream then just turned around and went back to closing . Nothing else. The food was barely warm, doughy, andwas just bad. We asked for the manager and she said gave us a number. My ice cream had hardly any ice cream. I have came toKnoxville to get ice cream for 21 years and I have never had as bad of service at a Bruster 's as I have here. It is a real shameas normally it is a solid experience.

I got the coffee chocolate chip ice cream and it was so good and smooth!! The waffle cone was absolutely amazing. I am so glad my girlfriend brought me here. It feels like a nice area

Love the classic seasonal flavors from Bruster's! You can sample multiple flavors incase you aren't sure what you're in the mood for. 1/2 price banana split on Thursdays if you bring your own banana, Free kid's cone under a certain height, icecreamcakes, multiple topping options an app the earn rewards for every dollar spent. Bruster's has been a favorite for 15+ years, Ihave never been disappointed. My favorite thing about Bruster's is the wonderful smell of fresh waffle cones being made.

We waited in line for 40 min and there were only 4 (small) parties ahead of us. We ended up leaving and didn?t get any ice cream because only 2 of those parties were served in that 40 min period. They only prioritize drive-thru, as drive-thru customers werein and out right away. 20+ cars came in went in the time we waited in line. Extremely disappointing.

Just stopped and had ice cream here with my family for the first time and it was amazing!!! It was so rich, creamy and the best tasting ice cream I have ever had. Above the rest for sure ? and customer service was excellent!
