Some reviews mention that it's a bit pricey, but I didn't find it to be that way at all. If you're looking for cheap Italian food that lacks care and attention, then go to Fazoli's. However, if you want a true Italian home-cooked meal made with high-quality ingredients, this is the spot for you. Altruda's is consistently amazing each and every time! Our faves are the eggplant Nicole (with marinara), and the sausage and peppers!
Best good in the Knoxville aera...service was very good...and very friendly staff....as well as the restaurant is a very clean place.
