Mcdonald's - Knox

I'm out of town, and I found the staff very friendly and efficient. I had some time to kill and they kept me entertaining. Probably one of the best McDonald's I've ever had.

I had a terrible experience at this restaurant. I ordered a 20-piece meal with 2 large fries, but when they gave me the 20-piece, they told me they were out of fries because I requested them fresh. I waited for 20 minutes for the fries, but when I asked about them, the short man with blonde hair was yelling at someone and no one was helping me. The manager was too busy yelling at her employees to even notice me standing there. When I asked about my fries and a receipt, they told me to wait and eventually brought them out to me. I never received a receipt from the young man at the first window, who was also very rude. The way the employees were treated, especially the young ones who looked like high school students, was unacceptable. I think the manager should be fired for the lack of respect shown to both employees and customers. Despite finally receiving my fries, it took 30 minutes to get them.

I placed a mobile order and waited 15 minutes before leaving the house. When I arrived at the restaurant, I had to wait an additional 20 minutes after confirming my presence. When they finally brought out my order, it was packed in one bag that looked like it was about to explode, and they had forgotten one of my sandwiches. To make matters worse, the bag was torn and some of the food fell out.

I wish McDonald's would return to their pre-COVID operating hours. They are no longer open 24/7 and close the lobby early. It's time to move forward.

My man is a truck driver and I was in mcdonald’s in the united states and this is the worst. they should get back to the menu they had as kovid hit, that was the only time they got their food on time and the right order
