We've been having fish and chips from here for years now. Whether we have them delivered or ring our order in or call in on spec, we've never been disappointed! Don’t normally write reviews but after today I can’t not! Absolutely terrible customer service. They missed majority of our order then when we rang to say they had and asked if we’d be charged correctly, they asked us to drive back down to get the rest, leaving our food cold. Always used this place over past 3 years, and it's always been fine. Last time we got fish and chips it was poor, fish over cooked and chips like yesterday's warm ups, thought maybe a one off so again tonight we got the same and it was just the same. I ate my fish because I was hungry but did not enjoy it, both portions of chips have gone in the bin. Curry sauce spot on though. Won't be returning was like chewing rubber
We've been enjoying fish and chips from this place for years. Whether we get them delivered, call in our order, or stop by on a whim, we've never been let down! I usually order for a group of eight and tend to mix up my requests, but the staff are always patient and friendly. When we opt for delivery, the food arrives on time, hot, and fresh every time. The same goes for my takeout orders; the food is always made fresh to order. I really appreciate being able to pay by card, and it's great that they're also available on Just Eat. Excellent service and delicious food! Plus, they’re one of the few fish and chip shops left that serves great batter!
Wonderful little café! They offer a great selection of food at affordable prices.
The food is excellent and the service is outstanding. You can choose to dine in or opt for delivery. The staff is fantastic!
