Quiet and classy restaurant with a good selection of dishes which all look very good, fresh and generously plated. Asparagus was good but overpriced at almost 25 EUR for 3 pieces. Lobster was excellent. Dame blanche was very disappointing (not good ice cream) for 12 EUR... Prices are a little on the steep side both for the dishes and for the wines... Beautiful plates at the gustative and visual level. Mets with succulent seafood, small paradise for moslin with flavors of basilica. Very good white wine house. Super friendly staff and care for everyone. Highly competent chief who made his experiments in place Sainte Catherine in Bxl. Unmissable address in Knokke.
The market menu is an excellent value for money. The main lobster was succulent. Only small flat... waiting for the filling of the wine for the package. An address to be recommended without moderation. The real plus and also the price more than reasonable for Knokke...I will soon come back to enjoy a seafood tray...
