We ate scampi in his own special ginger sauce — waaaawwww! Love it! Main course: We ate European sea bass with a spinach sauce on a bed of Belgian asparagus — simply a diamond of a dish! Aside of the perfect doneness of the fish, the chef understood “how” to prepare amazing sauces and he sided it with a lot of sauce… finally someone whom gets it! If you are a fish lover — just go! Remember this details: This is where the locals eat.

Told us that the fish of the day is sea bass but at the end they served us cod fish without even informing us. Food is ok, but way too expensive. There are better places in Knokke for that price ! EDIT: If we would have financial problems, we wouldn’t have taken the menu for 70€. It is the principle, you can’t tell us wrong information without even apologizing later. All we got, is getting insulted !!! First, you ask us why we are not speaking your language and second, you are telling us now that we have financial problems ?! I hope that the people who are reading this will understand that you are just rude ! Reading your comments, I am definitely not the first nor the last who will say this. And the service is really low quality. Serving us starters without serving us the wine. So, for +100€ per person, we simply expected better service and hospitality !

Personally, I will rarely or rarely order lobster at a restaurant, but to be honest, we cannot match this level. All flavors and seasoning were perfect! The hospitality of the chef, hostess and young girl who took care of the service were extremely friendly and personal. An established value in Knokke and an absolute must for every Burgundian!
