We come to the seaside as a family for a few days in August and we had a very bad evening there. The hot dishes arrived on time but the children who had asked for a pizza had to wait more than an hour and a half despite our numerous reminders. The young waiters were in bad faith and insolent...probably they found it normal not to be served more or less at the same time at the same table? We saw many boxes of pizzas passing by for customers who had ordered online. An error can happen and an oversight can also happen during a shot...but the error must, in any case, be recognized by the entire team. The insolence of the servers was unacceptable. The manager came to speak to us but had difficulty in both French and Dutch. You could tell he was sorry and he was the only one. We were granted a small reduction of €16 on the bill for a table of 8 people. In short, a wasted evening. It goes without saying that you will have to review your catering concept so that all your customers leave your home happy or at least satisfied with what you have offered them: food the service, politeness, kindness good faith when an incident occurs.
