We saw the.Coffee sign from the road and decided to take a chance. I am so glad that we did.I thoroughly enjoyed my frappe and my husband loved his caramel latte. The lady working there was so nice. She gave us a good recommendation to go eat lunch at the old town cafe which was also delicious. We have been regular customers at scoops for about 3 years now since moving here but more recently we had been ordering our toddler a small cup of whipped cream instead of icecream because it’s less messy for car rides. During our last visit we tried to order the cup of whipped cream and the staff would not sell it to us without a dog treat so we tried to ask for it on the side and they said they had to sell it with the dog treat on the whipped cream because they’re technically pup cups. I could not wrap my head around why they wouldn’t sell us JUST a cup of whipped cream and thought perhaps the staff didn’t want to serve us. Come to find out after messaging the page that this is a management issue and for some reason they will sell whipped cream to dogs and not toddlers. I didn’t originally intend to leave a bad review but I did not receive a response as to why they can’t sell whipped cream to toddlers and can’t think of a good reason for that if we are willing to pay for it. We have enjoyed getting icecream at scoops but due to this issue being left unresolved I’m not sure we’ll be back.
