Kiko Japan Express - Knightdale

I went to this restaurant to pick up an online order and discovered a worm in my food when I began eating. Be sure to inspect your food before consuming it from this place. Additionally, the staff could have handled the situation better.

My experience at this restaurant was not great. The food was not very tasty and the egg rolls were too greasy. The chicken meat dishes only contained small pieces of chicken and nothing else.

I was disappointed with this restaurant. I asked for extra white sauce and was told there would be an additional charge of $1. The spicy sauce was fine, but they were out of the sauce I wanted. The fried rice was lackluster, looking more like plain white rice with a few drops of soy sauce. When I brought this up, the staff rudely ignored me and even suggested I add an extra $1 to my tip. I have been to many Japanese restaurants and have never been made to feel embarrassed over something as trivial as sauce.

Eating is okay, they give small portions and they do not have the red hot sauce in a cup they have the hot sauce packs that they would get from the Chinese restaurant

I ordered the Chicken Shrimp hibachi plate and the portion size of this plate is definitely not worth the money I paid ? It's barely 5 pieces of Chicken on my plate and they are tiny pieces, literally 3 Shrimp and 2 pieces of broccoli. This use to be a decent plate but I will never go here again it's a waste of money.
